В банке что сказали, опротестовать транзакцию ещё можно?

1. Вам будет предложено выслать свои банковские реквизиты. После чего вы получите письмо от банка или платежной системы, о том, что вам поступил денежный перевод, но деньги будут зачислены на ваш счет после предоставления номера посылки или других документов об отправке товара. Естественно письмо это поддельное, несмотря на то, что email в поле отправителя будет стоять самый настоящий, именно банка или платежной системы. Не стоит этому верить, подделать адрес отправителя для мошенников не составляет никакого труда.

…Я отправил посылку Укрпочтой, потом отсканировал им чек и декларацию с почты и отправил в этот сервис. Буквально через 12 - 15 часов пришло следущее сообщение:

3)Dear Valued Customer,

   Mind you  your payment has been confirmed at the same time we get back to you with an Payment Invoice from customer care service, and your fund  will be fully  transferred and credited to your PayPal Account as soon as you get back to us with the shipment proof. 

So the pending transfer of  $300.00 USD will be released into your PayPal account immediately upon the shipment proof.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The pending funds has been debited from the buyer’s account for security measures is just for us to verify the shipment from you and your account will be credited immediately without any delay.

В силу того, что никогда таким делом не пользовался не имею понятия, что они от меня хотят. После отправления им декларации и ID посылки, которую они могут на сайте Укрпочты отследить денег на мой аккаунт не перевели. Статус аккаунта не проверенный, так как карточку прикреплял банкоматовскую ПУМБ банка и не знаю где найти тот пароль, чтобы ее подтвердить. Что делать, подскажите пожалуйста. А то так получается, что и на телефоны попал и за доставку сам заплатил. А доставка в Нигерию не дешево стоит? Прошу помощи. Спасибо заранее.
